The quality of PVC cable material products is determined by the brightness of the cable material. The main influencing factors are as follows:

Plasticizer: The straighter and longer the molecular chain, the brighter it is, such as 1030 is brighter than TOTM, and DOA is brighter than DOP.

Stabilizer: It also has an impact. Generally, the faster the gelation, the brighter it is.

Technology: Of course, the higher the extrusion temperature, the brighter it is, and the better the mixing effect, the brighter it is. Black powder (such as 50L, etc.): Do not exceed 0.8PHR, otherwise be careful of particles and it will not be bright.

PVC polymerization degree: The lower the brighter, S-60 is brighter than S-70.

Calcium carbonate: The finer the particle size, the brighter the surface, light calcium is brighter than heavy calcium, and ultrafine light calcium is brighter than ordinary light calcium, such as CCR501 is brighter than Baiyinghua. This does not need to be said. The same principle applies to other inorganic functional fillers such as antimony trioxide or aluminum hydroxide. Of course, the less filler is brighter than the more filler, so these things can be used as little as possible. Don't use powder if you can use liquid.

PVC cable material has high withstand voltage and insulation resistance, but high dielectric constant and dielectric loss. Therefore, it is generally used as the insulation layer of low-voltage and medium-high voltage cables.
